February 1 & 2– Days 27 & 28
Weekly Weigh In
I’m four weeks into the Focus T25 exercise program and nutrition plan and here are my results this week. Hmmm….very interesting.
Weight: 2 lb loss
Chest: 1/2 inch loss
Waist: 1 1/2 inch gain (??)
Arm: no change (L) and 1/4 gain(R)
Thigh: no change
Yay!!! 2 more lbs down! Ten pats on the back for me!!! I’m definitely doing something wrong on the measurements, I think. I have to be doing something right if I’m eating healthy and exercising and the weight is coming down. I have more energy and I feel more fit.
Unless I tattoo my skin to remember where I measured I am going to make a big assumption that I’m measuring different largest parts of each area every week and chalk it up to human error. I’m good at a lot of things. This may not be one of them.
No Superbowl Treats for Me
I decided that Superbowl treats were a no-no this year. I watched some of the game, the half-time show and even caught a few commercials! It was fun and I felt good after my morning stretch and even better that I stuck to my nutrition plan.
This week I finish Alpha Phase. It’s the toughest combination of videos this week, so wish me luck! I will give a 5 week summary since this will be the halfway point of the program. It’s going so fast! Wow!
